For
eight years Rita was the Director of The Sothic Centre
(a UK based Teaching Institute specialising in Training
in Personal and Spiritual Development, NLP Certification
and Hypnotherapy Certification Courses). She came to
South Africa some years ago and has now made Cape Town
her home.
"I began my spiritual awakening in 1990. Acceleration
occurred when I was initiated into Reiki and eventually
in 1996 I started to teach and initiate others into
Energy Healing Practices. I also trained in Bowen Therapeutic
technique, Pranic Healing, Hypnotherapy and qualified
as a Trainer of NLP and then a Teacher of Orin &
DaBen's Awakening Your Light Body process. Eventually
founding my own Teaching Institute in England where
I taught others Channelling, Meditation, Dowsing, NLP,
Hypnotherapy and Reiki. I came to South Africa in 2003
after prompting from my Higher Self told me that I must
leave the UK."

uses a new paradigm for assisting you evolve that is called

or Time Line Therapy®. All these modalities are

to work at the deepest level of consciousness. She is also
an Evolutionary Facilitator working with 5th dimensional
consciousness. She uses a method called the Divine Empowerment
Process, whereby Grace, in the form of Light, is bestowed
in order to create Neuro Biological change in the individual.
